- Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:

- Sale items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Digital products
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@flshwrld.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
