The following policy outlines how orders are processed and shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

During product releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

FLSHWRLD currently ships throughout the United States.

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

FLSHWRLD is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once an order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

FLSHWRLD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

FLSHWRLD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may ship separately. If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
